Half-year review of the Omer-Decugis & Cie liquidity contract
Omer-Decugis & Cie has published its half-year report concerning the liquidity contract managed by Portzamparc - Groupe BNP Paribas, as of June 30, 2026. On that date, the liquidity account held 11,021 Omer-Decugis shares and €67,947.34. By comparison, as of December 31, 2025, the account held 9,989 shares and €78,144.30.
Since the contract's inception on July 13, 2021, when €200,000 was available, significant adjustments have been made. During the first half of 2026, 43,566 shares were purchased for a total of €387,734.01 in 867 transactions, while 42,534 shares were sold for €377,537.05 in 798 transactions.
