Half-yearly report of the KERLINK Liquidity Contract
The half-yearly balance sheet of the KERLINK share liquidity contract, managed by TP ICAP (Europe), for December 31, 2024, shows 26,145 shares and EUR 6,594.37 in cash. During the second half of 2024, 92,237 shares were purchased for a total of EUR 48,147.05, and 96,769 shares were sold for EUR 53,503.89, spread over 401 and 355 transactions respectively.
Comparatively, as of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account contained 30,677 securities and EUR 2,032.71. At the initiation of the contract on March 6, 2019, 14,153 securities and EUR 26,915.11 had been allocated. TP ICAP is regulated by the ACPR and the AMF.
