Half-yearly report on MUNIC's liquidity contract as of December 31, 2024

The company MUNIC, specialized in embedded technologies and artificial intelligence for the valorization of vehicle data, has published its half-yearly report concerning its liquidity contract with the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont, as of December 31, 2024. At that date, the liquidity account included 62,043 shares and a cash balance of €19,906.84.
During the second half of 2024, 203,342 shares were purchased for a total amount of €140,859.49 through 1,351 transactions, while 205,726 shares were sold for a total amount of €141,743.50 through 1,322 transactions. A withdrawal of 17,000 shares also took place on December 20, 2024.
Compared to the last balance sheet of June 28, 2024, a decrease in the number of shares and a slight increase in the cash balance were observed.
