Half-yearly report on the LDLC.com liquidity contract

The LDLC Group has published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract with the Gilbert Dupont Brokerage Company. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account showed 14,009 shares and a cash balance of €71,412.70. During the second half of 2024, 33,312 shares were purchased for an amount of €421,912.30, and 33,364 shares were sold for €426,634.80, spread over 1,426 and 1,176 transactions respectively.

It is noted that in the previous half-yearly balance sheet of June 28, 2024, the account showed 14,061 shares and €66,690.35 in cash. When the contract was established, the initial means included 2,432 shares and €103,216.90 in cash.
