Half-yearly report on the MOULINVEST liquidity contract

MOULINVEST presented the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont, closed on December 31, 2024. The liquidity account then showed 963 shares and a cash balance of €26,740.36. During the second half of 2024, the company recorded the purchase of 17,786 shares for a total of €246,031.10 and the sale of 19,060 shares for €263,826.90, which represents 831 purchases and 710 sales transactions respectively.
Compared to the last balance sheet of June 28, 2024, the number of shares has decreased from 2,237 to 963 while the cash balance has significantly increased from €8,944.28 to €26,740.36. At the origin of the contract, no shares were allocated and the amount available was €100,000 in cash.
This rebalancing of stocks and cash demonstrates an effective liquidity plan during this period.
