Half-yearly report on the UNITI liquidity contract as of December 31, 2025

UNITI has published its half-year report on its liquidity contract managed by TSAF – Tradition Securities And Futures, detailing transactions as of December 31, 2025. At that date, the liquidity account held 3,157 UNITI shares and €18,114.66. This reflects a slight decrease compared to June 30, 2025, when the account held 3,681 shares and €17,129.04.

During the second half of 2025, the contract facilitated the purchase of 7,581 shares and the sale of 8,105 shares, with respective capital exchanges of €11,278.81 and €12,264.43. A total of 109 transactions were completed during this period.
