Half-yearly report on the Vente-unique.com liquidity contract
On January 6, 2025, Vente-unique.com presented the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract managed by TP ICAP (Europe). As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account included 33,178 securities and 83,134.32 euros in cash.
During the second half of 2024, 25,670 shares were purchased for a total amount of EUR 364,187.92 through 236 transactions. At the same time, 12,431 shares were sold for EUR 173,011.90 in 170 transactions.
For comparison, as of June 28, 2024, the account included 19,939 securities and 275,765.43 euros in cash. Since the contract was set up on January 2, 2019, 64,294 securities and 5,518.72 euros had been initially allocated.
TP ICAP is regulated by the ACPR and the AMF. The annual results will be published on January 14, 2025.
