HDF Energy: Information as of April 30, 2026 on Shares and Voting Rights
On May 5, 2026, Hydrogen de France (HDF) released data concerning the number of shares comprising its share capital and their voting rights as of April 30, 2026. The share capital consists of 14,702,454 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights is 26,621,468, while the number of exercisable voting rights is limited to 26,388,664.
In accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the calculation of theoretical voting rights includes all shares, regardless of their capacity to exercise voting rights.
