Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (HEIDELBERG) has announced the integration of the lifecycle business and global sales and service companies of the manroland sheetfed Group. This strategic move reinforces HEIDELBERG's position in the printing and packaging industry. The acquisition includes manroland's service and spare parts operations, along with intellectual property and approximately 35 market organizations, totaling around 600 employees.

Through this integration, HEIDELBERG aims to provide comprehensive customer support and expand its offerings as a full-service provider, paving the way for sustainable growth. The combination enhances HEIDELBERG's international service network, ensuring continuity for over 3,000 manroland users globally.

This acquisition allows HEIDELBERG to offer manroland users access to state-of-the-art technology and consistent service worldwide.
