Heidelberg Pharma to Unveil New Data on Myeloma Candidate
Heidelberg Pharma AG will present new findings from its Phase I/IIa study on its leading candidate, pamlectabart tismanitin. The presentation will occur at the International Myeloma Society Annual Meeting in Glasgow from September 23-26, 2026.
Pamlectabart tismanitin is an innovative Amanitin-based antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) designed to treat relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). The Phase I trial determined the optimal dose level, paving the way for Phase IIa development.
Clinical data revealed consistent activity and a favorable safety profile for the candidate, highlighting its potential in heavily pretreated RRMM patients. This promising ADC targets the BCMA protein, an emerging therapeutic approach for bone marrow cancer.
