H2APEX Reports H1 2025 Financials, Advances Hydrogen Production

H2APEX, a leading developer of green hydrogen plants, has released its financial results for the first half of 2025. The company reported revenue of EUR 4.2 million, a notable decline from EUR 17.5 million in the same period in 2024. Despite decreased revenues, the management reaffirmed the annual forecast of EUR 6-8 million.

Strategic developments took center stage, including a partnership with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and the acquisition of HH2E Werk Lubmin GmbH. These moves aim to bolster H2APEX's hydrogen production capabilities in Germany. Concurrently, the company secured long-term financing to sustain growth.

CEO Peter Rößner highlighted progress in project construction at Lubmin, with plans to produce 10,000 tons of hydrogen annually by 2028. However, heightened investments and personnel expenses led to an EBITDA of EUR -13.3 million.
