H2APEX Reports Increased Q1 2026 Revenue and Confirms Annual Forecast
H2APEX Group SCA has released its financial figures for the first quarter of 2026, reporting a revenue increase to EUR 3.5 million, up from EUR 2.1 million in Q1 2025. The surge in revenue is mainly due to a new Project Management Consultancy contract for a 100 MW hydrogen project and the sale of green hydrogen from in-house production. In the first quarter, H2APEX delivered 17 tonnes of green hydrogen.
The company confirmed its annual revenue forecast of EUR 14 million to EUR 16 million, citing contractually secured revenue and ongoing projects as key contributors. The order book reached EUR 23.7 million as of the end of March 2026. The EBITDA remained constant at EUR -7.1 million compared to the previous year.
H2APEX's strategic shift towards boosting its own hydrogen production is starting to pay off. The increase in Germany's greenhouse gas reduction quota is expected to bolster the market for green hydrogen, with H2APEX aiming to enhance energy supply security.
