Helvetica Swiss Living Fund Achieves Successful Capital Increase
On June 23, 2026, the Helvetica Swiss Living Fund (HSL Fund) completed a successful capital increase, raising CHF 41 million. The subscription rights were fully exercised, leading to the issuance of 396,798 new units at CHF 103.20 each. This increase broadens the fund's investor base by attracting new participants and supports the acquisition of properties in German-speaking regions of Switzerland.
The newly-raised capital will finance property purchases mainly in Eastern Switzerland and the canton of Aargau, offering net returns of 3.2% to 3.5%, exceeding current holdings' returns. The fund has also initiated value-enhancing renovations. Preliminary figures indicate a strong first half of 2026, with expected net income of CHF 1.55 per unit, aided by cost reductions and stable rental income.
The HSL Fund reported a stable vacancy rate of about 3% and anticipates portfolio value growth, supported by a property sale above the appraised value. Further financial details will be available in the semi-annual report in August.
