Helvetica Swiss Commercial Fund's First-Half 2026 Financial Growth
The Helvetica Swiss Commercial Fund (HSC Fund) reported an 11% increase in net income for the first half of 2026, achieving CHF 3.12 per unit. The fund maintains its distribution target of CHF 5.35 per unit for the year, having already achieved 58% of this objective. This financial success derived entirely from its existing portfolio, with a stable occupancy rate of 96% and a reduced rent default rate of 3.99%.
The fund's operational efficiency is highlighted by a 75.3% EBIT margin and a year-to-date performance of 4.1%, significantly surpassing the SWIIT benchmark of 0.8%. The fair value of the fund's portfolio increased by CHF 1.7 million, driven by new leases and a favorable market environment. Strategically focused investments in Switzerland’s industrial base continue to support robust demand.
