HERIGE Industries strengthens its presence in Loire-Atlantique
EDYCEM, the concrete subsidiary of HERIGE Industries, has finalized the acquisition of ready-mix concrete plants from BHR. This strategic transaction includes four sites located in Nantes, Malville, Saint-Herblain and Montoir de Bretagne.
With these new acquisitions, HERIGE Industries integrates a business generating annual revenue of €14 million and employing 26 people. This strengthening of the network aims to increase the group's presence in Loire-Atlantique while improving industrial performance.
This initiative aligns with EDYCEM's sustainable development strategy, promoting the deployment of low-carbon solutions. Benoit Hennaut, Chairman of the Board, welcomes this strategic alignment, which opens up new opportunities for the group.
