Hermès International: Availability of the 2025 Universal Registration Document
On March 19, 2026, Hermès International filed its Universal Registration Document for 2025 with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This document, available in ESEF format, is accessible to the public on the website finance.hermes.com.
The document includes the annual financial report, the company's statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2025, as well as several reports, such as those on sustainability and corporate governance. Documents relating to the share buyback program and the Supervisory Board are also included in this report.
Hermès is holding a General Meeting of Shareholders on April 17, 2026 to discuss the draft resolutions presented in this document.
