HEXAOM and land division: a promising initiative
Hexaom, a major player in home construction and renovation in France, is strengthening its environmental commitment by focusing on land division. This approach allows existing land to be used without additional land development. By splitting a property, owners can sell part of their land, providing valuable support for renovation projects or new construction.
Buyers thus benefit from already serviced land, often close to urban centers. This method promotes gentle urban densification, in line with the land sobriety strategy of the ZAN law. For local authorities, this reduces urban sprawl and preserves public resources.
In 2024, 55% of the houses built by Hexaom were based on this model, a figure that is constantly increasing, reflecting a growing awareness of ecological and land issues.
