HEXAOM: Voting rights updated as of February 28, 2026
HEXAOM has published its monthly statement regarding the number of shares comprising its share capital, as well as the total number of its voting rights. This publication is made in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
As of February 28, 2026, HEXAOM's share capital consists of 6,937,593 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 10,707,899. Taking into account shares without voting rights, the exercisable number is 10,623,812.
These figures allow for transparent monitoring of the company's structure and ensure complete information for HEXAOM shareholders.
