Monthly update of HEXAOM voting rights

HEXAOM has published its monthly data concerning the number of shares comprising its share capital and voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of October 31, 2025, the number of shares in the company stood at 6,937,593. Voting rights totaled 10,707,774 in theory, and 10,623,176 were actually exercisable.

The theoretical figure includes all shares, even those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. Exercisable voting rights, on the other hand, exclude these non-voting shares, providing a more accurate indication of the company's current decision-making power.
