This move aims to facilitate a structured restructuring within a legal framework, essential for the subsidiary's future viability. The insolvency affects only hGears Schramberg GmbH, responsible for 26% of group revenue in the first half of 2026. Other subsidiaries in Italy and China remain unaffected.
