H.I.G. Capital Acquires Phoenix ME
H.I.G. Capital, an investment firm managing $75 billion, has completed the acquisition of Phoenix ME Limited. Phoenix is a UK-based provider of mechanical and electrical engineering services, primarily for data centers, life sciences, and infrastructure. Phoenix's CEO, Lee Compton, reinvests alongside H.I.G., and the current management remains in place. Jim Arnold will join as Chairman.
