HighCo: Shareholding Update as of July 31, 2025

HighCo has disclosed the latest information on its shareholding and voting rights as of July 31, 2025. The total number of shares stands at 20,455,403. Among these, 798,064 shares are without voting rights, primarily due to being treasury shares.

For threshold calculations under Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), theoretical voting rights are recorded at 22,281,404. However, the actual voting rights exercisable at shareholders' meetings amount to 21,483,340.

Throughout the year, the number of shares with voting rights has shown minor fluctuations, though the total share count remained consistent. Notably, HighCo maintains its position as a component of prominent indices such as CAC® Small and CAC® Mid&Small. Upcoming financial disclosures include Q3 and 9-month 2025 gross profits on October 15, 2025.
