High Tide Resources Reports Promising Iron Assay Results
High Tide Resources Corp. announced new assay results from its Labrador West Iron Project, revealing significant iron mineralization beyond previous limits. The project, strategically located near the IOC's Carol Lake Mine in Labrador, demonstrated impressive findings, including a notable drill hole with over 77% of its length returning iron content above 20% FeT.
CEO Steve Roebuck highlighted that results from 13 drill holes have all intersected iron oxide mineralization, with most lying outside the current resource boundary. This could enhance the upcoming mineral resource update. A total of 25 drill holes have been completed at the site, with this drilling phase exceeding 6,150 meters.
The advancement aligns with regional infrastructure improvements, supported by a government-backed power project. This context underlines the strategic potential of the Labrador Trough, a key iron-producing district.
