HighCo: Monthly Declaration of Voting Rights
HighCo has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares, as required by Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of October 31, 2026, HighCo's share capital consisted of 20,455,403 shares, of which 661,615 were without voting rights. The total number of voting rights for calculating the thresholds was 22,177,291, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 21,515,676.
This figure marks a slight decrease compared to previous months, indicating a downward trend since May 2026 when exercisable voting rights reached 21,569,991. HighCo continues to monitor this strategic parameter, which is essential for its actions in the market.
