Hillcrest Energy Updates Shares for Debt Offering
Hillcrest Energy Technologies Ltd. has updated its Shares for Debt Offering originally announced on March 23, 2026. The Offering aims to raise $550,000, an increase from the $500,000 initially planned. Units are priced at $0.18 each and consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Warrants allow holders to buy an additional share at $0.20 for 12 months post-issuance.
Up to $140,000 will address accrued fees owed to company directors. However, all securities from this Private Placement carry a statutory hold of four months and one day. The shares are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act and won't be offered in the U.S. without registration or exemption.
This update does not serve as an offer to sell or solicit purchases in jurisdictions where it would be unlawful.
