Hillcrest Energy Technologies Shifts to Semi-Annual Reporting

Hillcrest Energy Technologies Ltd. has opted for semi-annual financial reporting. The decision follows the guidelines of Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, which allows venture issuers listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange to switch from quarterly to semi-annual reports.

Under this new framework, Hillcrest will no longer file interim financial reports for the first and third quarters. Instead, they will continue submitting audited annual financial statements and six-month interim reports, maintaining compliance with specific deadlines.

Hillcrest meets the eligibility criteria for the SAR pilot program, ensuring its status as a venture issuer with revenues below $10 million and a consistent disclosure record over the past year.
