HiPay Group has published, in accordance with applicable regulations, information on its capital structure as of June 30, 2026. The group consists of 6,313,974 shares constituting the share capital.
The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 6,880,220, while the voting rights exercisable at the general meeting reach 6,864,740.
This publication takes into account the share buyback program authorized in 2025 and implemented in 2026. 15,480 shares are deprived of voting rights following treasury holding.
HiPay continues to inform its shareholders transparently, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
