HiPay Group: Update on voting rights and shares as of October 31, 2026

HiPay Group published a regulatory update on its share capital structure on November 4, 2026. In accordance with applicable legislation, the company has 6,313,974 shares in its share capital. Furthermore, it holds 6,879,993 theoretical voting rights.

Of these rights, 6,839,637 are exercisable at the general meeting. In addition, 40,356 shares are currently without voting rights due to treasury shares. These figures result from the share buyback program initiated in February 2026 after approval in June 2025.
