Homann Holzwerkstoffe Shows Revenue Growth Despite Challenges

Homann Holzwerkstoffe GmbH has announced a slight revenue growth in the first half of 2025. The company's revenue rose from EUR 186.3 million to EUR 195.0 million despite a challenging market and one-time effects. The adjusted operating EBITDA decreased to EUR 22.1 million from EUR 28.4 million last year.

The company issued a new 7-year bond and extended its financing in Lithuania. An investment package was launched for the modernization and expansion of the Losheim plant. However, production stoppages at Losheim and delayed commissioning in Pagiriai affected the half-year result, which amounted to EUR -2.7 million compared to EUR 7.9 million previously.

Despite these setbacks, Homann Holzwerkstoffe expects revenue in the second half of 2025 to slightly exceed the previous year's level. The updated earnings forecast for 2025 will be below last year due to the specific challenges faced.
