Honey Badger Silver Identifies New High-Grade Targets at Plata Project
Honey Badger Silver Inc. has announced advancements at its Plata project, located next to Snowline Gold Corp's Rogue project in Yukon Territory. The company has focused its efforts on identifying high-priority exploration targets.
Executive Chairman, Chad Williams, highlighted the impressive high-grade silver surface occurrences at Plata, comparable to the Keno Hill district. Notably, the silver grades are high enough for direct ore transport to Idaho for treatment. Indications of a potential large gold system akin to Snowline's Rogue discovery further add to Honey Badger's prospects.
At Plata, four types of mineralization have been identified, with Type I and Type II relating to high-grade silver and gold in northeast-trending faults. The promising Aho Zone has been traced along the Plata Thrust Fault, presenting new developmental opportunities.
