Hong Kong Pavilion Showcases Creativity at 2025 Frankfurt Book Fair
The "Soaring Creativity – O2O Hong Kong Pavilion" made a significant mark at the 2025 Frankfurt Book Fair. Jointly organized by the Hong Kong Publishing Federation and The Hong Kong Printers Association, the pavilion featured over 1,000 publications and print works from more than 70 exhibitors. Sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency, the exhibit aimed to highlight Hong Kong's unique creativity.
The theme "City Walk, Stories Talk" was a focal point of the display. Visitors were drawn to the "Creative Corner," which presented Hong Kong's landmarks through publications and intricate papercraft models, illustrating the city's iconic structures such as the Hong Kong Palace Museum.
The pavilion also included six major zones and hosted five sharing sessions. Notable participants included Dr. Sharon Wong, Mr. Polo Bourieau, and Ms. Brenda Pang. A virtual version of the pavilion was available online, providing insights into Hong Kong's stories to a global audience.
