HOPIUM: Combined General Meeting and Financial Uncertainties
On June 29, 2026, HOPIUM will hold its Combined General Meeting in Paris. This meeting will include an information item related to the auditor's alert procedure. This alert follows significant uncertainty regarding the company's continuity, in connection with a revised restructuring plan.
HOPIUM recently signed a €27 million financing agreement with Atlas Special Opportunities to support its new strategic plan. However, the disbursement of this financing is conditional upon the approval of the recovery plan by the affected parties and the Paris Commercial Court.
