HOPSCOTCH GROUP: Update of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2026

HOPSCOTCH GROUPE has published, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), its monthly information concerning voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2026. The total number of shares comprising the share capital is 3,143,922. This represents a basis for calculating the voting rights associated with the shares.

The number of theoretical, or gross, voting rights is 4,808,787. This figure includes all possible voting rights, excluding treasury shares. The total number of actual voting rights, however, is 4,713,488. This difference is explained by shares deprived of voting rights, particularly due to treasury shares.
