HOPSCOTCH GROUP: Voting rights and shares - May 2026
The Hopscotch Group has published its monthly information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights for May 2026, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of May 29, 2026, the Hopscotch Group had 3,143,922 shares comprising its share capital. This number of shares translates into a theoretical total of 4,820,611 voting rights.
The actual total of voting rights, after deducting shares without voting rights, amounts to 4,742,741. These figures illustrate the current capital structure of the company, an important player in the communications and public relations sector.
