HOPSCOTCH GROUP: Voting rights update in October 2025
HOPSCOTCH GROUPE has published its monthly information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of October 31, 2025. The share capital consists of 3,061,222 shares.
The total number of theoretical, or gross, voting rights amounts to 4,693,263. This figure includes all voting rights allocated to shares, without taking into account any possible restrictions.
The total number of actual, or net, voting rights amounts to 4,625,031. This calculation excludes shares deprived of voting rights, such as those held in treasury by the company.
