HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA: Annual General Meeting Approves Dividend of Euro 2.40

On July 5, 2024, HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA held its Annual General Meeting where shareholders approved a dividend of Euro 2.40 per share for the 2023/24 financial year. This marks a distribution quota of 30.7%, compared to 24.4% the previous year. The company continues its 37-year streak of uninterrupted dividend payments since its IPO in 1987.

Shareholders also approved a key change in the Supervisory Board's structure. A new rotating system with staggered terms will be implemented, reducing the maximum term from five years to four years. This change aims to bring continuous fresh momentum to the board. The new terms take immediate effect.
