Progress in the judicial recovery of HÔTELS DE PARIS

HÔTELS DE PARIS is in the midst of a receivership process, overseen by an administrator and a court-appointed trustee. The company has initiated a call for tenders for the sale of hotels, with bids expected until May 27, 2025.

The Paris Economic Activities Court will examine the recovery plan on June 2. This plan, developed with the administrator, provides for the repayment of creditors within six months. The court has two options: hotel sales or sales accompanied by partial refinancing.

The possible implementation of a financing structure through the Bain group could include the issuance of bonds to repay senior debt and finance growth. The Machefert family, the majority shareholder, is committed to collaborating on the plan.
