H&R to Move from Prime Standard to Scale Segment
H&R GmbH & Co. KGaA plans to transition its stock listing from the regulated Prime Standard market to the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company's management announced its intention to apply for this change, reducing the regulatory and administrative demands of the current listing.
This strategic move involves delisting applications from the stock exchanges in Düsseldorf and Hamburg, where H&R shares are also listed. Despite these changes, H&R aims to maintain its presence in the capital market through the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, emphasizing that the Scale segment is more suited for its size and market orientation.
As per the legal changes under the Location Promotion Act, this transition is possible without an accompanying delisting tender offer. H&R will continue providing updates as the process unfolds.
