HRS postpones the publication of its half-year results

Grenoble, April 21, 2026 – HRS, a European specialist in hydrogen refueling stations, announces a postponement of the publication of its 2025-2026 interim financial statements. Originally scheduled for April 23, 2026, the publication has been moved to April 27, 2026, after market close. This postponement was requested by the auditors to finalize their review of the financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.

The HRS Board of Directors will meet on April 27 to approve these financial statements. This postponement of a few days is part of the audit finalization process and has no reported impact on the company's performance.
