Huawei Advances AI Infrastructure with New SuperPoDs

Huawei introduced the Atlas 960E SuperPoD, the industry's first to utilize Near-Packaged Optics (NPO), marking a breakthrough in AI computing. This SuperPoD can support up to 4,096 NPUs, achieving 8 EFLOPS of compute performance.
Huawei's commitment to open ecosystems remains strong, with the Kunpeng and Ascend platforms drawing millions of developers globally. These moves aim to lay a robust silicon foundation for the fast-approaching intelligent world. The company's ambition is to make AI more accessible and reliable, fostering innovation across industries and academia alike.
