Huawei Unveils AI-Optical Network Innovations at MWC Shanghai 2026

At MWC Shanghai 2026, Huawei presented its advancements in AI-Optical Network (AI-ON) technologies, aiming to enhance network efficiency in the AI era. The AI-ON Summit, themed "Networks for AI, AI for Networks," gathered global operators and partners. The focus was on leveraging optical networks for the burgeoning AI services market, driven by new products that empower operators to create AI-centric networks.

In support of the AI transition, Huawei introduced ten key AI-ON innovations. These include upgrades in ultra-gigabit broadband services and AI-integrated home and enterprise solutions.
