Hycroft Reports $10 Billion NPV Amidst New Silver Discoveries
Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation has released results from its S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary, which reveals a significant $10 billion Net Present Value (NPV) at spot commodity prices for its Nevada-based Hycroft Mine. Utilizing advanced milling operations, Hycroft aims to leverage rising gold and silver prices to enhance project economics.
The report outlines a 51-year mine life with robust economics, including a post-tax Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 30.1% at spot prices. Average annual production is projected at 204,000 ounces of gold and 6.8 million ounces of silver, with initial capital costs pegged at $2.4 billion.
Hycroft's exploration efforts focus on high-grade Brimstone and Vortex silver discoveries, with potential for expanding mine life and introducing additional mineral resources. Existing infrastructure supports reduced capital expenditures, while new infrastructure investments are planned to further optimize operations.
