Monthly information on voting rights of Hydrogen-Refueling-Solutions
On January 6, 2025, Hydrogen-Refueling-Solutions (HRS) reported its monthly voting rights data, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. HRS is listed on Euronext Growth under the ticker symbol ALHRS. The head office is located in Champagnier, France.
As of December 31, 2024, the share capital consisted of 15,353,051 shares. As of the same date, the total number of theoretical voting rights amounted to 25,518,515, while the exercisable voting rights reached 25,469,482. The differences concern shares deprived of voting rights.
