Digi Power X Plans AI Infrastructure Expansion with ARMS 200 Deployment
Digi Power X Inc., an AI infrastructure company, has officially completed the ARMS 200 modular data center at its Alabama site. The center will go live in March 2026, with full commissioning expected by April 2026. This marks the company's shift from Bitcoin mining to AI infrastructure in the growing Tier 3 data center market.
The Alabama site will deploy 10 megawatts (MW) of capacity by Q3 2026, potentially generating $15 million in revenue per MW annually. In New York, five more ARMS 200 units will be commissioned by Q2 2026.
Financially, Digi Power X holds liquidity of around $80 million and remains debt-free. It plans infrastructure investments of $33.1 million by the end of Q3 2026. Meanwhile, a non-binding letter of intent with Omnis Pleasants LLC explores a strategic partnership with a 1.3 GW power plant in West Virginia, potentially expanding Digi Power X's capacity further.
