Number of Icade Shares and Voting Rights in August 2025

Icade has published monthly information regarding its capital structure as of August 31, 2025. As of that date, the company's capital consisted of 76,234,545 shares. Regarding voting rights, the actual number, after deduction of treasury shares, was 75,788,579. The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes shares deprived of voting rights, was equivalent to the total number of shares, i.e., 76,234,545.
