Number of shares and voting rights at Icade

On July 31, 2026, the real estate company Icade declared a total of 76,234,545 shares comprising its share capital. The actual number of voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, amounts to 75,849,029. However, the theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, remains the same as the total number of shares, namely 76,234,545. This information is made public in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code.

Icade clarifies that these statements are in line with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation, which stipulates that theoretical voting rights take into account all shares, including those without voting rights. A monthly update is provided to maintain transparency for investors and the market.
