Icade General Meeting: Resolutions Approved
On June 10, 2026, Icade held its Combined General Meeting at Immeuble Cœur Défense, Paris. The session, chaired by Frédéric Thomas, saw participation from major shareholders, including Caisse des Dépôts and Crédit Agricole Assurances. The quorum for resolutions was set at 77.49%.
All proposed resolutions were approved by a significant majority. Key decisions included the approval of financial statements for 2025 and a dividend distribution of €1.92 per share, payable by June 25, 2026. New directorships were ratified, with Raphaël Appert appointed as Chairman, replacing Frédéric Thomas.
Further approvals covered director and executive remunerations and updates on Icade’s climate and biodiversity initiatives, each receiving over 99% support. The Board renewed mandates to buy back and cancel company shares and approved various financial delegations.
