ICAPE Group: Growth in Revenue and Profitability

ICAPE Group reported a notable first-half 2025 performance, highlighting a revenue increase of 13.1%, reaching €102 million. This growth reflects strong sales across diversified industries, despite currency exchange challenges. The Group's strategic acquisitions, such as Kingfisher PCB and ALR Services, bolstered results, along with the establishment of ICAPE UK.

The company saw a significant rise in earnings, with EBITDA climbing by 28.1% and EBIT soaring by 44.3%, indicating improved operational efficiency and merger synergies. Net income group share rose by 9.6%, translating to a 1.1% increase in net income per share.

Despite a stable net financial debt at €39.4 million by June 30, 2025, cash flow from operations displayed a healthy increase to €7.8 million, supported by astute inventory management. The Group remains committed to its strategic objectives, aiming for substantial growth through acquisitions and operational enhancements by 2026.
