IDI acquires majority stake in telecommunications software specialist Forsk

IDI, a French private equity firm, has announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Forsk. Founded in 1987 in Blagnac, the company is renowned for its software solutions for planning and optimizing mobile telephony networks. Its flagship products include Atoll and Naos, which are widely adopted worldwide. The acquisition, subject to customary conditions precedent, will be finalized by the end of July 2025.
Forsk, which generated revenues of €32 million in 2024 and employs approximately 140 people, will continue its development with the support of IDI. The company aims to expand the marketing of Naos and integrate new modules, including 6G technologies. Forsk's founders and its president, Benoît Guy, will remain involved, leveraging this collaboration to expand their international reach.
