Major acquisition of IDI in Forsk
On July 17, 2025, IDI completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Forsk, a key player in mobile network planning and optimization software. This transaction is part of a primary LBO with founders Bruno Ollivaud and Philippe Dumortier, as well as Chairman Benoît Guy.
Forsk, established in Blagnac in 1987, provides widely recognized software solutions such as Atoll and Naos. These tools are essential for global telecom operators, with a market share of nearly 60%.
Supported by IDI, Forsk aims to expand its activities, notably through the marketing of Naos and the addition of new modules for various networks, favoring organic and external growth.
